Schools Democracy Project

A full electoral simulation to build informed voters and ethical leaders

• Professional candidate photo sessions and standardised campaign posters

• Photo ballots (reduce invalid voting) and secret ballot exercises

• Training for student election monitors

• Post‑election debriefs and certificates for all participants

📊 Why it matters: Uganda’s national elections suffer from high invalid votes. We start the solution in secondary schools.

Vijana Leaders’ Workshop

A national prefectural leadership conference – “Nurturing the Next Breed of Servant Leaders”

• One‑day event at Makerere University for 500 student leaders

• Keynotes by former MPs, civil society leaders, and business executives

• Panels on mental health, environmental stewardship, and ethical leadership

• Networking and a “Servant Leader’s Pledge”
